The EBPCBC was founded in 2001 by Margarita "Tata" Cepeda together with a group of collaborators committed to our culture. Since then he has dedicated himself to promoting the Bomba y la Plena as a representative element of Puerto Rican cultural wealth, through its study, teaching, and cultural management.
